The following are my classes for 2024 through January 2025.

I will be updating this site with the classes as soon as I have them all set. 

I am hoping to have the site updated by end of February when I have all classes set.

I will be teaching approximately 160 classes in various locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, 

Delaware and Maryland.

Foundations of Cupping- Basic Cupping techniques. (CUPPING SET INCLUDED)

Facial and Abdominal Cupping- no prerequisite. (CUPPING SET INCLUDED)

 Adv. Cupping  Range of Motion Static  Cupping; (CUPPING SET INCLUDED) (NEED FOUNDATIONS OF CUPPING FIRST

Adv. Cupping Range of Motion Sliding/Movement Cupping ( CUPPING SET INCLUDED) (NEED FOUNDATIONS OF CUPPING FIRST)

Pin and Release- Pin and Stretch, like ART. pinning and lengthening a muscle group.

Gua Sha, Sports  and other Tools for the Therapist. Gua Sha certification . (GUA-SHA TOOL INCLUDED)

Advanced Sports Massage/ Event Sports Massage- working with athletes and teams and how to effectively work events.

Assisted Stretching- AIS Active Isolated Stretching (STRETCHING STRAP INCLUDED)

Assisted Stretching - Stretching- PNF- Facilitated/Resistance  Stretching
